On 28 October 2024 Centrálny depozitár cenných papierov SR, a.s. (CDCP) approved new wording of the Rules of Operation of CDCP, including relevant Executory Decrees No. 1 to 7. These documents enter into force on 01 December 2024. (except provisions in article 9 (9.6) of Part I of the Rules of Operation, that become effective on 01 January 2025).
