On 03 December 2025 Centrálny depozitár cenných papierov SR, a.s. (CDCP) approved new wording of the Rules of Operation of CDCP, including relevant Executory Decrees No. 1 to 7. These documents enter into force on 01 January 2026. New Rules of Operation and the Executory Decrees can be found HERE.
