New wording of the Rules of Operation

On 29 July 2026 Centrálny depozitár cenných papierov SR, a.s. (CDCP) approved new wording of the Rules of Operation of CDCP, including relevant Executory Decrees No. 1 to 7. These documents enter into force on 01 September 2026. New Rules of Operation and the Executory Decrees can be found HERE. The amendment relates to paragraph 12.8 of Article 12 of Part IV of the Rules of Operation, which introduces a specific procedure for the removal of units of the unit trust from an account at the request of the owner in the event that the issuer of the units of the unit trust has ceased to exist without a legal successor. The other parts of the Rules of Operation, including the Executory Decrees, remain unchanged.
