The person for whom an account is administered by CDCP can ask CDCP for the Account Statement by use of form F4, duly completed in compliance with explanatory notes in the form.
The central depository can prepare account statement as of current date (service provision date) or as of previous date.
If it was requested to deliver the service output, CDCP shall deliver required account statement in form of cash-on-delivery shipment sent to the account owner to its the permanent address or address of the seat.
The service is provided via post or in person at working place of the Operation Section in CDCP seat.
Provision of the account statement is charged in compliance with the Scale of Fess of CDCP.
The owner of non-allocated account can request for this service also the authorised member of CDCP.
