The minimum price for administration of the owner’s account administered for a natural person is 1.00 EUR excluding VAT per month, for a legal entity this is 30.00 EUR excluding VAT per month. The maximum price is 10 000.00 EUR excluding VAT per month for both natural and legal person. If the value of securities registered on the account is 0.00 EUR at the end of the month, or the securities account has been cancelled, the account administration for the natural person for respective month is free of charge. According to Article IV, item 6.2.2 of the Scale of Fees of CDCP SR, a.s. valid in the year 2022, the owner’s account administration fee is created by the sum of 12 prices calculated on the last day of each calendar month in the calendar year whereas the price consist of prices for equity securities and debt securities.
The owner’s account administration fee is calculated from the value of securities kept in the owner account and is determined by a formula. The minimum price for maintaining the owner’s account for a natural person is 1.00 EUR per month and the maximum price is 10 000.00 EUR per month excluding VAT. For a legal entity, the minimum price for the owner’s account administration is 30.00 EUR excluding VAT per month and the maximum price 10 000.00 EUR excluding VAT per month. The owner’s account administration fee for the year 2022 will be invoiced at the beginning of 2023. CDCP SR, a.s. sends an invoice for the owner’s account administration fee even if the owner’s account was kept for less than one calendar year. Charges are not applied to empty accounts. According to the Scale of Fees of Central Depository, from 1 January 2012 the owner’s account for deceased person is administered free of charge.
The Central Depository carries out its activities in accordance with Act No. 566/2001 Coll. as amended, which allows it to keep securities in its books only in nominal value. For that reason it is not possible to determine the fee in other manner.
